Quezlo Hospital & Wholesale Management: Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you install or use Quezlo Hospital & Wholesale Management ("the app"), made by Quezlo Technologies (Pakistan). If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use the app for a club, ground, clinic or other organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

2. The app

Patients, doctor desk, laboratory, pharmacy, purchases, sales, stock, accounts and staff in one app. Data stays on your own computers and phones. Several devices can share one database over your local network.

Windows: Test build. Windows 10/11 64-bit. Installer Quezlo-Setup-Windows.exe, version 1.0.x. Not code-signed yet.
Android (Package name: com.quezlo.hms): Test build. Shared as an APK file. Not on Google Play yet.
Web: Test build. Runs in a browser. Data is stored in that browser's storage. The free scanner, LAN server, Gmail and direct scanning are not available on the web.

Test builds and early versions may have bugs. Features listed as coming later are not part of the app until they are released.

3. Licence key

Quezlo Hospital needs a licence key. The plan, expiry date and device limit are set when you buy it.
The app checks the key with Quezlo's licence server. Between checks it works offline for up to 7 days.
If the licence expires, is suspended or cannot be checked for more than 7 days, the app locks until the licence is valid again. Your data stays on your devices.
There are no in-app purchases. Do not share, change or try to get around licence keys.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law or to harm others.
Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or try to get around the licence checks of the app, except where the law allows it.
Use the app only for lawful record keeping for your business.
Your business is responsible for the patient, staff and customer data it stores, for getting any consent the law requires, and for keeping devices and backups secure.
If you connect Google Gemini, WhatsApp Cloud API or Gmail, you use your own accounts under Google's or Meta's terms, and you pay any costs they charge.
Use LAN sync only on a private network you trust.

5. Important notice

Quezlo Hospital is a record-keeping tool. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Doctors and staff are responsible for all clinical decisions.
Check scanned bills, lab result flags and calculations before you rely on them.

6. Your data

How the app handles data is explained in the Quezlo Hospital & Wholesale Management privacy policy. Data you enter is yours. Keep your own backups of important data.

7. Third-party services

Some features connect to services run by other companies that you choose to use (Google Gemini, the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and Gmail). Their own terms and prices apply, and Quezlo Technologies is not responsible for them.

8. Updates and changes

We may update the app to fix problems or add features, and we may change or stop features. We will not take away something you paid for without a fair remedy where the law requires one.

9. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be free of errors or always available.

10. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Quezlo Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

11. Ending use

You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time (see Delete your data). We may stop a licence that is used against these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan decide disputes, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to go to your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We post changes on this page and update the effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
