Cricket Ground Studio

Android phone app

1. Organizer: open Settings and tap Delete all my data. Player: open your Profile and tap Delete all my data.
2. The app asks you twice, then clears everything and closes.
3. If that does not work, open Android Settings → Apps → Cricket Ground Studio → Storage → Clear storage. Uninstalling the app also removes its data.

What is deleted: Matches, teams, players, your profile, tournaments, designs, sponsors, settings, stream keys and the crash note.

What is not deleted: Photos and videos you saved to the gallery, videos on your YouTube or Facebook channel, and player card links you already sent (the details are inside the link). Delete those in the gallery or on that platform.

Windows laptop studio

1. Close Cricket Ground Studio.
2. Press Windows key + R, type %APPDATA%\Ground Studio Desktop and press Enter. Delete that folder.
3. To remove the program, open Windows Settings → Apps and uninstall Cricket Ground Studio.

What is deleted: Matches, teams, players, imported tournament data, settings, stream keys, the licence key and logs.

What is not deleted: Recordings, posters and backups you saved in other folders, and a small record of the trial start date (no personal data). Delete your files yourself.

iPhone, iPad and Mac app

1. Delete the app from your device. This removes your scores, settings and the ad consent choice.
2. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
3. Purchases are recorded by Apple, not by Quezlo. To reset ad choices first, use Ad privacy choices in the app menu.

What is deleted: Everything the app stored on the device.

What is not deleted: Your purchase history with Apple, and data Google holds under its own policy for ads you saw.

Data held by Quezlo Technologies

Quezlo holds no account or app data for Cricket Ground Studio. If you emailed us, you can ask us to delete those emails.

Quezlo Hospital & Wholesale Management

Windows

1. Make a backup first if you may need the data later.
2. Close the app. Press Windows key + R, type %APPDATA%\Quezlo Technologies\Quezlo and press Enter. Delete that folder.
3. PDFs you share or send from the Windows app (receipts, bills, lab reports) are also saved in Documents\Quezlo\PDF. Delete that folder too.
4. To remove the program, open Windows Settings → Apps and uninstall Quezlo.

What is deleted: All patients, staff, sales, stock, accounts, photos, settings, stored keys and the licence on this computer, and the shared PDFs in Documents\Quezlo\PDF if you delete that folder.

What is not deleted: Backup files you saved, and PDFs you saved or sent to other places. Delete them yourself.

Android

1. Open Android Settings → Apps → Quezlo → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.

What is deleted: Everything the app stored on this device.

What is not deleted: Backup files and PDFs you saved or shared. If the device was a LAN client, the data stays on the server PC.

Web

1. In your browser's settings, clear the site data (storage) for the site where you open the app.

What is deleted: The database stored in that browser.

What is not deleted: Backup files you downloaded.

Data held by Quezlo Technologies

Quezlo holds licence and device records (licence key, random device ID, device name, business name and first/last-seen times). To delete them, email [email protected] from your business email address with your business name and licence key. We delete them within 30 days and tell you when it is done. The licence stops working on all devices. We keep invoices and payment records as long as the law requires.

Messages sent through this website

If you sent us a message with the contact form, email [email protected] from the same email address and ask us to delete it. We delete your messages within 30 days and confirm by email.
